Cancellation Policy
At T & T Tax Group LLC, we strive to provide each client with professional, personalized, and timely guidance. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the following policies before scheduling your Business or Financial Advising appointment. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Rescheduling is not available. If you wish to change your date, you must cancel and book a new appointment. Cancellations received after the 48-hour window are considered late cancellations and may result in a fee or delay in rescheduling. Payment Requirement Payment is required prior to your appointment to confirm your booking. Unpaid appointments may be cancelled and released to another client. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within the allowed window and rebook promptly, your deposit may be credited toward your next appointment within the same season. If you cancel without rebooking or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and not refunded. Document Submission (if applicable) Supporting business or financial documents requested for review must be uploaded at least 48 hours before your appointment to allow adequate preparation time. General Terms for All Services You may cancel by replying to your confirmation email, calling our office, or messaging us through our secure client system. Appointments cannot be rescheduled; a new booking is required. Failure to comply with deadlines may result in cancellation or delayed service. All policies apply equally to virtual and in-person appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
