Cancellation, Payment & Document Policy

At T & T Tax Group LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with quality service, fairness, and timely attention, we maintain the following policies for all appointments.

Tax Services

• Document Submission Deadline:
  All required tax documents must be uploaded no later than the Friday before your scheduled appointment.
  Appointments without completed uploads by this deadline will be cancelled and must be booked again for a later date.

• Cancellations:
  Appointments must be cancelled by the Friday before your scheduled appointment.
  We do not offer rescheduling; if you wish to change your appointment, you must cancel and book a new appointment.

• Payment & Deposits:
  Payment or deposit is due no later than the Friday before your appointment.
  Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel by the Friday deadline and immediately rebook, your deposit will be credited toward your next appointment within the same tax season.
  If you cancel without rebooking or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
  Appointments not paid in full by the deadline will be cancelled and released to the next available client slot.

Advising Services (Business & Financial)

• Cancellations:
  Advising appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
  We do not offer rescheduling; to change your date, please cancel and book a new appointment.
  Cancellations received after the 48-hour window are considered late cancellations and may result in a fee or delayed availability.

• Payment & Deposits:
  Payment is required prior to your appointment to confirm your booking.
  Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within the allowed window and promptly rebook, your deposit will be credited toward your next appointment within the same season.
  If you cancel without rebooking or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.

 

Consultation Policy:

• Each consultation is limited to 30 minutes and may not include full service completion. If the session exceeds 30 minutes, an additional fee will be applied based on the extended time.​
