Cancellation Policy

At T & T Tax Group LLC, we offer complimentary 30-minute consultations conducted virtually or by phone to help prospective clients determine which of our services best fit their needs. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we maintain the following policies: Cancellation Policy Consultations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Rescheduling is not available. If you wish to change your date or time, you must cancel and book a new appointment. Cancellations received after the 48-hour window or missed calls may result in loss of eligibility for future complimentary consultations. Attendance & Courtesy Each client is entitled to one complimentary consultation per tax season. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee for any future consultation requests. Please ensure you are available at your scheduled time and in a quiet, distraction-free environment to make the most of your session. General Terms You may cancel by replying to your confirmation email, calling our office, or messaging us through our secure client system. All complimentary consultations are virtual or by phone; in-person meetings are not available for this service. No payment or deposit is required for this session, but all standard policies apply to any subsequent paid services. We appreciate your courtesy and cooperation. These policies allow us to provide efficient, professional service and extend consultation availability to all clients who need it.
