Cancellation Policy

The T & T Group LLC – Tax Appointment Policy At The T & T Group LLC, we are committed to maintaining a structured, timely, and professional process for every client. To ensure your tax return is completed accurately and without delay, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment: Document Submission Deadline: All required tax documents must be uploaded the week before your scheduled appointment. Appointments without completed uploads by this deadline will be cancelled and must be rebooked for a later date. Appointment Schedule: Tax appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Your taxes will be prepared during your scheduled appointment, giving you one-on-one time to ask questions and allowing for a smooth and efficient process. Returns are typically completed within 48 hours following your appointment, provided that all required documents and payment are submitted on time. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled by the Monday before your scheduled appointment. We do not offer rescheduling. If you wish to change your appointment date, you must cancel your existing appointment and book a new one. Cancellations made after the Monday deadline may result in loss of priority scheduling or additional fees. Payment Requirement: Payment will be collected at the time of service. Returns will not be filed until full payment is received. We no longer offer installment agreements — full payment is required at the time of service. How to Cancel: You may cancel by replying to your appointment confirmation email, calling our office, or messaging us through our secure client system. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Following these policies helps us maintain fairness, efficiency, and the highest level of professional service for all clients.
